The apartments for long-term rent are mostly located on the upper floors of the Ellipsis building and they are offered in the layouts from 3+kitchenette to 4+kitchenette, including the roof duplex penthouses. They also offer space for a sauna and a private gym in the rooftop pavilion. These apartments are unfurnished, but equipped with quality wooden floors, and of course, they include well equipped bathrooms and spacious terraces. The apartments on the top floors feature fireplaces, which will make the evening atmosphere in them more pleasant and cosy.

All the apartments at Ellipsis offer generous terraces. Because all the balconies and terraces are situated around the perimeter of the building, there is the following rule: the larger the apartment, the larger the exterior space. The terraces are designed to provide maximum comfort and privacy, including space to install outdoor designer furniture. The roof terraces are also partially grassed. We use only certified wood for the terraces.

The roof pavilions of the penthouses offer ideal use as a study or a private fitness space with a sauna. Here, you can enjoy panoramic views of the entire Prague. There is also a roof terrace with a lawn and a wooden deck, suitable for installing outdoor furniture.

The apartments on the top floor will offer about 200 sqm of apartment area over two floors. On the lower floor, there are living rooms with a custom-made installed kitchen, a spacious hall and a living room with a fireplace, offering panoramic views of Prague. The apartments are connected to the roof pavilion by an elegant staircase. These pavilions offer additional space usable as a study, a guest room, or fitness with a sauna. A great benefit consists in the roof garden with the terrace.

All the apartments at Ellipsis, including the apartments for long-term rent, are equipped with custom-made Italian kitchens, including AEG and Elektrolux branded appliances. The kitchens are designed as part of a generous living area, where you will find sufficient space for a large dining table as well as for sitting in a sofa and armchairs with your family and friends.
