We offer premium apartments with furnished kitchens and designer bathrooms, ready to move in, to partners from renowned companies as well as to private interested parties. How you furnish and adapt the rest of the apartment – and what the experience of living near the centre of Prague will be like – is up to you. The long-term residential offer also includes maisonettes with a private wellness on the roof of the Ellipsis building, which will satisfy even the most demanding clients.

Exclusively for the residents of the Ellipsis building, there is a modern wellness & spa complex with an area of 410 square meters. Stretch your body after a hard day´s work in the beautiful 15-metre pool, then relax in the hot-water whirlpool and treat yourself to an authentic Finnish experience in the sauna with a cool-down pool. All this just one way by elevator from your own home.

We designed an extraordinary building that is fundamentally adapted to the needs of contemporary residents accustomed to the comfort of metropolitan living. In addition, it is located in a unique place near the historic centre of Prague. In the area of a former vineyard slope, which, however, has not served its original purpose in recent decades, and in cooperation with leading Czech landscape architects and landscaping experts, we have built a private park solely for the convenience of the Ellipsis residents.
