The public spaces are therefore equipped with CCTV cameras, the entry and entrance are controlled by chip cards, the apartments are equipped with security doors and glass and with an alarm. The residents have access to on-demand services through a front desk that is ready to meet their needs.

The offer includes apartments that are reserved for short-term and medium-term rent, not exceeding 6 months. In these apartments, you will find everything you need for the daily running of your household – from beds, mattresses and bed linen through appliances to dishes and other household equipment. You can accommodate yourself and your visitors, business partners and the like without any worries.

In addition to the equipped kitchens, all the residential apartments on offer also feature premium designer bathrooms with large-format tiles, in which you will have the feeling that you are in a real Roman bath. Furnishings of renowned world brands are a matter of course.

A total of 410 square meters of space for your daily relaxation is provided by a private wellness & spa complex, which is part of the building and is reserved exclusively for the residents. The 15-metre pool is ideal for counter-current swimming, and you can relax in the hot tub or in the Finnish sauna. The wellness includes indoor and outdoor rest area, changing rooms and showers.

The terraced private park behind the Ellipsis building represents a unique space where you can work, relax and enjoy time with your loved ones. Footbridges lead to the park directly from the common areas of the living floors and from the wellness terrace. The technical facilities of the building also include modern air conditioning, which ensures a complete air exchange with heat recovery in each of the apartments offered. Heating is provided by heat pumps; some apartments are fully air-conditioned too. The air exchange technology is set so that the air is always clean (non-recycled) and the wellness pools are equipped with UV disinfection lamps.

A total of 76 parking spaces on the two floors of the garages can comfortably accommodate all the cars of the residents and the tenants of the retail space and offices. The 15 spaces include stations for recharging electric cars; thanks to this, we take an important and necessary step towards the traffic electrification in the metropolitan zone, and we also enhance the comfort of our clients. Four spaces are reserved for the disabled. Bicycles can also be stored on the underground floors. Cellar storage cubicles for the residents are located on the ground floor (the 1^st above-ground floor).
